We’re looking for a Casual Team Leader to support our store teams and step into a leadership role when required. This role involves leading the store for short periods when a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not in-store, while continuing to support day-to-day operations on the shop floor. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to stretch their skills, gain leadership experience and take the next step in a retail career, with training and support provided. What you’ll be doing: Leading the store during periods when management is not present Supporting and guiding team members to follow store operational and safety processes Assisting customers and delivering friendly, helpful service Operating registers and handling transactions Stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation Supporting day-to-day store operations and priorities What you’ll bring: Previous retail experience (preferred) A reliable and confident approach to work Ability to support and guide others on shift Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift and move stock up to 16kg and use ladders safely Availability to work across weekdays, weekends and peak trade periods based on store requirements Training will be provided to support you in the Team Leader role.
