What You’ll Be Doing Preparing and managing planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals Providing clear, professional planning advice to clients Conducting site appraisals and policy research Collaborating with internal colleagues and external consultants Building strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders About You RTPI-accredited degree (or working towards chartership) Experience in a consultancy or local authority planning role Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage your own workload and deliver to deadlines A proactive, positive approach and genuine passion for planning Why This Role?
