Overview
Role: Assistant Head Chef / Sous Chef
Pay: Up to £15.25 per hour, including benefits. Hourly rate breakdown: Up to £13.75 per hour, plus £1.50 per hour tronc average.
Location: Heckfield, England, United Kingdom (and other listed locations).

Responsibilities and Role
* Assisting the Head Chef and managing kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food, consistency, and efficiency.
* Leading, training, and mentoring kitchen staff; maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
* Collaborating with front-of-house teams to ensure a smooth service and guest satisfaction.
* Supporting menu development, stock management, and cost controls as part of a high-performing kitchen team.
