We have two opportunities on offer; Branch Manager Lake Macquarie and Branch Manager Newcastle commencing in February 2024.
We’re seeking two experienced, ambitious banking professional's to join our team!
You’ll use your exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relations, adopting a genuine care for your stakeholders and a positive and enthusiastic ‘one team’ attitude.
The hours of work are 8:50am to 5:05pm Monday to Friday.
What will your key responsibilities include?
The Branch Manager position is an autonomous yet well supported position, offering a variety of responsibilities which include:
* Leading the branch and your team to achieve commercial objectives
* Providing specialist lending services, from initial enquiry through to loan sign-up and after-care
* Manage and coach direct reports, ensuring strong process and product knowledge that staff are engaged
* Act as the face of the branch, proactively promoting Greater Bank and our services within the local community
What are we looking for?
As the successful candidate you will have:
* Management or leadership experience with a proven track record of performance and achieving targets
* Residential lending experience
* Proven commercial business acumen with the ability to guide the strategic direction and growth of the branch
* Strong people management and coaching skills
* Networking and business development skills with a focus on building brand awareness within the local community
