Rosetta Arts is seeking a compassionate, proactive Youth Support Worker to join the delivery team for our Art Superstars programme—an inclusive creative wellbeing initiative designed for children and young people in Newham, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), English as an Additional Language (EAL), or other barriers to learning.
Art Superstars provides inclusive visual arts experiences that promote confidence, communication, creativity, and mental wellbeing through both school-based and out-of-school sessions, including family workshops.
As a Youth Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring children are fully supported to participate, engage, and thrive in the programme. You’ll work directly with participants in 1:1 and small group settings, supporting accessibility, behaviour, and wellbeing—while contributing to reflective practice, evaluation, and co-design.
