A strategic and influential position has arisen for a Head of Health and Safety to join a world-leading division, part of a globally recognized FTSE listed group.
Reporting into executive level, with a dotted line to the Group Health & Safety Director, this role will help shape the division's approach to safety across its portfolio of market-leading brands and its extensive global network of manufacturing and sales sites.

The successful Head of Health and Safety will:
* Bring 10+ years of health and safety leadership experience in a high-risk, industrial environment, with a background in machinery safety.
* Have a proven track record of delivering behavioural and cultural change programmes, resulting in dramatically improved health and safety performance.
* Demonstrate the gravitas to engage and influence at the executive level, earning trust across the organisation.
* Be a collaborative, humble leader with strong initiative and integrity.
* Hold relevant health and safety qualifications, ideally with or working towards CMIOSH accreditation.
In return, the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting of:
* Competitive base salary
* Yearly bonus of up to 20% of base salary.
