Position Title: Conveyancing Solicitor

\nOur client located in South-West London are currently looking to recruit a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 years experience to join their Conveyancing team on a full time basis.
\n
\nKey Responsibilities
\n\n
\n\t
* Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
\n\t
* Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
\n\t
* Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches, title checks, and reviewing contracts.
\n\t
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
\n\t
* Prepare and draft necessary legal documents and correspondence.
\n\t
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client communications.
\n
\n\n
\nQualifications and Experience
\n\n
\n\t
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters
\n\t
* Strong understanding of conveyancing law and procedures.
\n\t
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\t
* Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision.
\n\t
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
\n\t
* Proficient in using conveyancing software and other legal technology.
\n
