Support Workers with experience for our 'newly opened service' located in Coalville, Leicestershire LE67 area.

£12.62 per hour.

If you are a non-driver, please check the transport links before applying, as you will be expected to work on a rota basis, and weekend links are not always serviceable.

We are looking for caring and compassionate experienced Bank Support Workers who will ensure The People That We Support live their best life possible.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

The service comprises 15 flats. The people we support require different levels of support, which could be anything from a Physical Disability, Learning Disability, Challenging Behaviour, or Autism. One thing you will all have in common is a caring nature, enthusiasm, patience, and fun, putting the needs of the people we support at the forefront of all you do. Be prepared to go the extra mile! The people we support will have a wide range of hobbies and interests. We try to match yours to theirs to ensure they are living their best life possible, enjoying the things they love to do together.
