Join us as a Site Services Engineer! We are seeking a dedicated Site Services Engineer to join our Facilities team. Your mission? To ensure the seamless operation, supervision, and maintenance of our utility systems and site infrastructure, including boilers, HVAC systems, and water treatment. You will be the first responder to faults and breakdowns, keeping our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Respond promptly to site service faults, execute planned maintenance, and maintain high standards of site cleanliness.
* Preventative & Reactive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and diagnostics, prioritizing tasks based on operational needs.
* Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to water hygiene, fire safety regulations, and all health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Contractor Supervision: Oversee external contractors and coordinate with the Engineering Compliance & Contracts Supervisor.
* Communication & Teamwork: Provide clear shift handovers, support training initiatives, and keep the team informed.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience with boilers, HVAC, water treatment systems, and utilities.
* Strong fault diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, water testing, and safety standards.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* BOAS Boiler Accreditation
* Full UK Driving License
