Candidate Specification: Credit Control / Sales Support Essential Experience & Skills • Strong experience using Sage 50 Professional (non negotiable) • Proven background in accounts administration, including: o Credit control o Customer and supplier reconciliations o Purchase ledger and sales ledger o Handling foreign currency o Managing petty cash and company card transactions • Experience issuing monthly statements and managing 30 day and 60 day payment terms • Confident managing SME customer accounts • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience preparing information for external accountants (quarterly and year end) • Previous involvement in office management or administrative coordination • Experience supporting sales teams (UK and export) • Ability to create and manage export documentation • Experience dealing with customer enquiries and complaints professionally Desirable Experience • Experience working within a manufacturing or distribution environment • Knowledge of import/export processes • Familiarity with P11D preparation • Experience liaising with recruitment agencies, utilities, insurers, or similar third parties • Exposure to health & safety or fire training coordination Core Competencies Technical & Professional • High level of accuracy and atten...
