The Role
* Book appointments with key decision‑makers
* Generate new leads through outbound calls and follow‑ups
* Manage diaries, meetings and CRM records
* Organise CPD sessions, events and meetings
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Track project activity and maintain a live specification pipeline
What We're Looking For
* Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
* Strong organisation and time‑management skills
* Comfortable working to targets and KPIsExperience in telesales, customer engagement or a fast‑paced office environment
* Construction industry knowledge beneficial but not essential
