Our market-leading Employee Incentives team specialises in designing and implementing innovative remuneration structures and incentive plans. Working with clients ranging from owner‑managed businesses to major multinationals, we advise on all aspects of employee benefits, support complex transactions, and handle the impact of corporate activity on participant rights. As a Managing Associate, you’ll work closely with Jonathan Fletcher Rogers (Partner) and collaborate across our highly regarded Corporate Tax team.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver a balanced mix of advisory and transactional work across share schemes and employee incentives
* Advise on the drafting and implementation of tax‑advantaged and non‑tax‑advantaged plans (EMI, CSOP, LTIP, growth shares, JSOP, etc.)
* Support public and private M&A deals, providing both corporate and tax input
* Prepare regulatory guidance and employee communications for a diverse client base, including household‑name companies
* Manage your own matters with partner support while contributing to large, complex projects
* Help drive business development activity and strengthen client relationships
* Work seamlessly with colleagues across UK offices, with at least 3 days per week in‑office
Who We’re Looking For
* A qualified lawyer with 5+ PQE and strong experience in incentives work
* Background spanning both public and private company matters
* Ability to provide clear, commercially focused legal advice across key areas of law
* A collaborative team member who supports the development of junior colleagues
* Someone who contributes to enhancing the team’s profile internally and externally
