Customer Insight Analyst : you will analyze the effectiveness of digital channels through quantitative data and qualitative insights, contributing to marketing initiatives and ensuring outputs meet internal client needs. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Provide performance MI and insights, with recommendations. Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer behavior via digital channels, suggesting improvements. Understand customer needs through market research and internal/external data to enhance marketing segmentation. Deliver Marketing MI for the department. Create insights using our customer experience software, aligning with project and customer needs. Provide insights into changes within our customer base using internal and external data sources. Requirements: Degree in a quantitative discipline with coursework in statistics, econometrics, or related fields (essential). Experience with numerical programming (Python, R, SAS) and database programming (SQL Server, Azure SQL, SAS). Experience with customer feedback tools (Rant & Rave, Medallia). Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and willingness to find better answers. Experience in data visualization (e.g., PowerBI).
