A client within the Public Sector, based in County Durham, is currently recruiting for a Design and Projects Manager to join their Town Centres Development Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority town centre development / capital projects environment. The Role Key purpose of the role: To support the Programme Delivery Manager in the delivery of capital projects associated with town centre developments, ensuring projects are designed and project managed in line with defined governance arrangements, best practice principles, and health and safety regulations.
