Primary Supply Teaching Roles in Bristol
We are recruiting supply teachers and general cover teachers to work across Primary Schools in Bristol.
As these are cover roles only, all planning and marking will be completed and available prior to covering the lessons. This role is ideal for experienced teachers wanting to reduce full teaching responsibilities or ECTs seeking to gain classroom experience.
Guaranteed Work Agreement
* Guarantees a certain number of days per term at a fixed daily pay rate, typically 50-60 days depending on start date and availability.
* Requires commitment to Protocol Education for the term, availability for work, and professional completion of assignments.
* If fewer days are worked than guaranteed, you will be paid for the shortfall in a lump sum at the end of the term.
What’s the Catch?
There are no catches. The GWA provides teachers with predictable income similar to long-term roles. You can end the agreement anytime without penalty or take a long-term role mid-term without losing your guarantee.
