Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Specialist

Role Overview
Seeking a hands‑on IT Specialist/Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. Ideal for someone with a background as a Functional Analyst, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect who can manage daily CRM operations and lead ongoing transformation initiatives centred around D365 CE & Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Regional IT Leadership
* Act as the main IT contact for UK and EMEA teams.
* Align IT initiatives with regional and global strategic goals.
* Support communication between business teams and global IT.
Dynamics 365 CE Management
* Oversee functional and technical aspects of D365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Insights).
* Collaborate with global and offshore teams on solution design and optimisation.
* Manage incidents, enhancements, releases, and data quality.
Business Process & Project Delivery
* Translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
* Lead small to mid-scale CRM/IT projects.
* Drive best‑practice adoption across commercial teams.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
* Manage external partners and internal IT contributors.
* Prioritise change requests and enhancements through governance processes.
Qualifications
* 8-12 years of IT experience, including 5+ years with Dynamics 365 CE.
* Background in CRM‑focused roles (Functional Analyst, Technical Lead, Solution Architect).
* Familiarity with Power Platform and Azure integrations.
* Strong understanding of CRM processes and commercial workflows.
* Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
* Experience working with global teams.
