Pay: Up to £19 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator to work with CNC machines in a precision engineering environment. This role is ideal for a skilled operator who takes pride in quality, accuracy, and safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating CNC machines to produce precision components
* Loading and unloading components and setting tools where required
* Monitoring machining processes to ensure parts are produced to specification
* Carrying out in-process inspection using measuring equipment (verniers, micrometers, gauges)
* Making basic offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerances
* Reading and working from engineering drawings
* Ensuring machines are running efficiently with minimal downtime
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area
* Following all health & safety and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience operating CNC machines
* Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
