CNC Operator
Pay: Up to £19 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator to work with CNC machines in a precision engineering environment. This role is ideal for a skilled operator who takes pride in quality, accuracy, and safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
o Operating CNC machines to produce precision components
o Loading and unloading components and setting tools where required
o Monitoring machining processes to ensure parts are produced to specification
o Carrying out in-process inspection using measuring equipment (verniers, micrometers, gauges)
o Making basic offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerances
o Reading and working from engineering drawings
o Ensuring machines are running efficiently with minimal downtime
o Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area
o Following all health & safety and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For:
o Proven experience operating CNC machines
o Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances
o Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
o Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
o Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
