We are recruiting staff to work in a school that provides a nurturing and stimulating education for pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (A.S.C) and special education needs (S.E.N) from the ages of 5 to 11 years.

About The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support an SEN school in Swansea with students aged 5-11 years with Autism Spectrum Condition (A.S.C) and special education needs (S.E.N).

Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher to ensure the delivery of high-quality education for all students
* Provide relevant and appropriate support to students, individually or in groups, to help them access the curriculum independently
* Assist in organizing the classroom, resources, student groupings, and displays to create a stimulating learning environment for students with ASC/SCLN/Complex Needs
* Work with and manage sensory needs, supporting learners with a 'sensory diet' and self-regulatory strategies as advised by the professional team
* Help learners develop or refine their independence skills, including personal care when necessary
