Senior Tenancy Support Worker (30 hours)
Salary: £13.17 Per hour, £20,547.43 annual salary
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

Caredig are looking for a kind and passionate Senior Tenancy Support Worker to join their team in Swansea.
In this role you’ll make a real difference to the lives of other people as you work with them to develop their personal, flexible and person-centred tenancy support plans so that they can live their life to its fullest potential, as independently as possible and in their own home.
A key focus of the project is supporting people at imminent risk of losing their accommodation to take the necessary steps to prevent homelessness.
You must have a valid driver licence and access to a vehicle to carry out the duties of this role.
