Teaching Personnel is working with a network of Primary Schools across Wakefield and is seeking confident HLTAs to join our team.

The Role:
• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Lead whole-class teaching in the teacher’s absence
• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assist with planning and classroom management
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
• HLTA status or relevant experience
• Experience working in Primary Schools
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Confident leading a class
• Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
• Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
