A well-established organisation with an international presence is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term basis. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation project while delivering day-to-day generalist HR support within a dynamic and forward-thinking HR function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, L&D, and offboarding
2. Support the rollout and optimisation of a new HR system
3. Ensure HR practices remain compliant with UK employment law and internal standards
4. Draft and review HR procedures, policies, and communications
5. Act as a key contact for HR queries from employees and managers
6. Assist with wider HR projects and support cross-site collaboration, including occasional travel
About You
Essential:
7. Solid generalist HR experience including recruitment, ER, L&D, and wellbeing
8. Strong understanding of UK employment legislation
9. Confident managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:
11. CIPD qualification or working towards
12. Experience creating and reviewing HR policies and procedures
13. Experience in multi-site or international businesses
