Are you a skilled German speaker looking for a challenging role in customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a German Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

As a German-speaking customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service to existing and new customers via inbound and outbound calls.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with each customer. You will also be responsible for taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls, as well as managing email queries. A professional approach and a 'can-do' attitude are essential for this role.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, with high levels of attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, although this is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering calls from existing and new customers
* Proactively dealing with all queries relating to the business
* Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls
* Managing email queries

* German Fluent speaker
* Self-motivated, with a 'can do' attitude
* Attention to detail with high level of communication skills is essential
Shift Options:
We offer two shift options: Shift 1 - 5 week rotation (Late Sat) and Shift 2 - 5 week rotation (Standard). Both shifts offer a competitive salary.
