Job Description
1. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand CMC services across North America.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
3. Head end-to-end business development efforts, from outreach to deal execution.
4. Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with customer needs and growth goals.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to assess opportunities and facilitate transactions.
6. Represent the company at industry and scientific events as necessary to enhance visibility.
7. Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team.
8. Travel domestically and internationally to engage clients and drive partnerships.
