This is a brilliant opportunity for a Professional Indemnity Account Handler in the Bristol/Bath Area to join a leading Insurance Broker. Our client is going through a period of growth and is looking for an experienced Account Handler to join a successful team.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide prompt, efficient and professional service to clients, insurers and colleagues
2. Deal with Mid-Term Adjustments and Renewals
3. Build knowledge and relationships with preferred insurers
4. Ensure that all activities comply with FCA regulatory, compliance and market standards
5. Effectively communicate in writing, reports, e-mails and on the telephone
6. Process Mid-Term Adjustments, Renewals, Debiting in a timely fashion
7. Review policy cover at renewal in conjunction with Account Executive and arrange marketing or insurer negotiation as necessary
8. Manage own workload within Renewal protocol deadlines
Skills:
9. Previous Account Broking experience in the Insurance industry is essential
10. Experience dealing with a range of Commercial Insurance Products in particular Professional Indemnity for a variety of different business
11. Technical product knowledge
12. Cert CII qualified would be beneficial but not essential
13. Ability to build customer rapport quickly
