Are you looking to gain classroom experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a growing secondary school? Merstham Park School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support our students with SEND needs. This role will be well suited for candidates who are looking to start their career in teaching, experienced TAs looking for flexibility, or gap year students from universities. We are interested in hearing from all candidates, no matter what point in your career you are currently at and we welcome flexible working arrangements (full time or part time).

The Details
Start date: ASAP
Working Hours: Full-time: 08:20 – 15:30, Monday - Friday, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year. Part-time applications will be considered where the needs of the school can be met.
Contract Type: Permanent/Term-Time only
Salary: GLF Associate 2 (£22,918.66 FTE)
Actual Salary (based on Full Time): £17,799.88
