As a Receptionist with us, you'll need to handle all hotel operations throughout the day to ensure our guests have everything they need.
Skills and Experience
Experience in previous work in a similar position will be beneficial, also our induction and ongoing training will support you to do the role.

Be comfortable working alone and within the team.
Have a passion for delivering an outstanding service to our guest, no matter what time of the day.
Be familiar and confident to Health and Safety, Fire Safety as well as policies and procedures.
Have excellent organisational and communication skills, but yet flexible to meet needs of the guest and business.
Enjoy problem solving and keeping calm in a crisis.
Have positive attitude towards everyone with ability to make guests and work mates feel at home.
What is to work as a Reception Team Member?
* Be approachable through the shift to guests to ensure guest can feel that they can come and ask a question to our teams at any time.
* Provide service assistance to Conference Centre and Hotel guests.
* Check-in and check-out of hotel guests.
* Follow agreed standard procedure for book-outs and non-arrivals.
* Banking and cash-handling duties.
* 'Fire Marshal' duties in the event of a fire situation.
* Lone working will be undertaken from time to time.
Please note, you'll be working 5 days out of 7 (Monday- Sunday) and will need to be available for early and late shifts &
