About the job
To provide a high level of service and support to the Regional Manager team, ensuring that the station rosters are produced efficiently.
To promote excellent service to both internal and external customers, maintaining high standards of courtesy and service.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Produce Plantrack rosters on time and within budgeted requirements.
* Answer enquires as necessary, providing proactive information to staff to ensure everyone is aware of what is happening within your area.
* Ensure that the cleaning standards are maintained to the highest of standards at all times whilst you are on duty.
* Ensure currency of all Rules, Notices and Retail circulars and publications, which may affect your working environment or product knowledge.
* Check equipment, cleanliness and general environment of station and take action by correcting or reporting any faults and maintaining written records.
* Ensure all the clerical and data inputting duties undertaken are carried out in a timely manner to ensure and maximise efficiency across the station(s) within your control.
* Attend all training events as designated by the company to assist your delivery with providing excellent customer service.
* Additional tasks as specified by the station management team applicable to the role.
You'll need to be:
* Resilience and the ability to cope in a pressured environment
* Very good communication skills
* Good general standard of education.
* Good level of numeracy
* IT literate
Working pattern
Working an average of 37 hours per week over 5 days
Monday to Friday, business working hours
