As a Support Worker, you will provide personalised support to an individual with an acquired brain injury and epilepsy, assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and wellbeing. This Support Worker role is ideal for someone patient, caring, and committed to making a meaningful difference in someone’s life. You will also be responsible for safely transporting the individual to appointments and activities, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
