Overview
We are looking for a Helpdesk Operator to join our team. You will be a passionate individual, with Customer Service experience to manage phone calls and email requests, support employees and log information onto a database. You should be capable of delivering high levels of service, always remain professional and ensure Mitie’s policies, processes and procedures are followed. As the first line of contact for the Mitie team, you will answer all calls and e-mails to the helpdesk efficiently, meet the needs of customers and make full use of the available information and equipment.
Responsibilities
* Manage the flow of helpdesk requests to ensure a continuous and efficient service.
* Input and output all associated help desk data in a timely manner and monitor performance against SLAs.
* Work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines and effectively manage workloads.
* Provide high levels of literacy and numeracy in daily tasks and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills to support your role.
* Maintain confidentiality across the site while respecting the needs of all stakeholders.
