This role is for 38 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days including weekend work.
You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store, so no two days will be the same. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Everything you do matters in ensuring our customers receive everything they came for, served quickly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
1. Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
2. Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
3. Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
4. Interacting politely with delivery staff and responding appropriately to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to a supervisor.
5. Working to meet designated pick rates with a positive attitude.
6. Being punctual, well-presented, and reliable.
