Key Responsibilities / What You Will Do
* Actively participate in the Histology Team, delivering specialist laboratory expertise.

* Collaborate with biomedical scientists, pathologists, and clinical teams to optimise patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
* Troubleshoot laboratory equipment issues and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Requirements / Candidate CriteriaEssential
* HCPC registration.
* Minimum 2 years of histology experience.
* Strong skills in technical histological procedures and laboratory practice.
* Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable
* Full driving licence (useful for exploring the island).
* Experience working in specialist or high-volume histology environments.
