The role of Graduate / Junior Java Developer is really important to us.

We would love to welcome you to our brand‑new telematics head office at Arden Square, Crewe, Cheshire, working hours of Monday‑Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
It is a fantastic modern working environment, built for collaboration, with features including onsite pizzeria, barista, and roof top bar.

Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be…
* Coordination with internal teams and work as a team player
* Assess feature requests and develop technical solution
* Write effective, scalable, and testable code
* Integrate user‑facing elements into applications
* Improve functionality of the existing systems
* Test and debug programs.
* Identifying and fixing production bugs
What do we expect of you?
* Recent degree in computer science, or equivalent subject.
* Familiar with at least one popular Java framework e.g. Spring, Netty
* Familiar with Object Relational Mapper (ORM) e.g. Hibernate
* Familiar with front‑end technologies and frameworks like Angular, React, Vue, Next.js, etc.
* Good problem‑solving skills
* Good Communication skills both technical and non‑technical
* Passion for simplifying processes.
* Familiar with relational databases and their design e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.
* Beneficial to know about NoSQL databases e.g. DynamoDB, Cassandra, Mongo etc.
