This is a pivotal role focused on driving technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and commercial success in the global nuclear market. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, delivering high-quality quotations, and ensuring customer-centric service. Your leadership will shape the future of our nuclear project sales strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the OE Control & Nuclear Projects team. Prepare and supervise technical proposals and quotations. Engage with customers, external sales, and agents to gather market intelligence. Deliver detailed techno-commercial proposals for OEM projects. Meet KPIs including bid deadlines and order intake targets. Allocate and review incoming enquiries, ensuring optimal sourcing strategies. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless project execution. Uphold health and safety standards in all activities. What We’re Looking For HNC/HND qualification preferred. Proven leadership experience in a sales office environment. Strong background in the valve industry. Understanding of nuclear safety culture is essential. Excellent communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is desirable.
