Location: Exeter (City Centre Office)

Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | OTE: £40k+ (Basic + Commission)

Reports To: CEO / Managing Director

The Role

We're looking for a Group Client Growth Manager to play a pivotal role in setting up and managing new client campaigns, while working with existing clients to scale their spend and maximise results across our group of four brands.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Operations Director and the Head of Revenue & Growth to ensure campaigns are set up for success from day one, with teams fully aligned to deliver measurable outcomes. You'll focus on building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships, and driving strategies that increase client investment and long-term retention.

Regular client visits will be an essential part of the role, enabling you to deepen relationships, understand business challenges, and ensure our solutions consistently exceed expectations.

Key Parts of the Job

* Define, track, and report on key growth and revenue metrics
* Use data and experimentation to inform decisions and improve campaign performance
* Prepare regular updates for the board
* Build strong rapport with clients by developing trusted relationships and becoming a strategic partner
* Set up and launch new campaigns, ensuring they are scoped, resourced, and executed effectively from the start
* Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to scale client spend, expand service use, and maximise ROI
* Ensure campaign alignment by working closely with the Operations Director and Head of Revenue & Growth
* Drive client retention by delivering consistent results and insights that strengthen long-term partnerships
* Conduct regular client visits to build stronger connections, understand challenges, and present performance updates
* Analyse and optimise performance by reviewing data and campaign outcomes to identify improvements
* Support cross-functional collaboration, acting as the link between sales, operations, and clients to ensure smooth delivery and communication

Desirable Experience & Skills

* 2+ years' experience in a similar client growth, account management, or revenue-focused role
* Background in a B2B or B2C services business, SaaS, or lead generation environment
* Familiarity with UK compliance and data protection standards (e.g. GDPR)
* Experience expanding into new markets or launching new revenue models
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing environments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
