Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.
Next Sourcing is a fully owned subsidiary of Next PLC, operating as its global sourcing office for apparel and footwear. We are committed to excellence across the end‑to‑end sourcing process, from product development through to production, partnering with suppliers to deliver high‑quality products and exceptional value. We have sourcing offices across 9 countries and work with manufacturers based in 11 countries, enabling us to deliver a global perspective and high-quality products efficiently. We support the Next brand, as well as licensed and direct brands within the wider Next portfolio.
Your Role
This role is a great opportunity to join our dynamic team and support the team to drive sales across The Set within Next Sourcing. Your responsibilities will include monitoring current sales and market trends to identify new areas for growth, supporting the Sales team in daily tasks to help drive sales and product, collaborating with Product Teams to propose innovative ideas, and selling products with conviction to The Set customers.
Additionally, you'll manage critical paths, assist with negotiations and troubleshoot when necessary. If you’re ready to make an impact and drive success in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Bring
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with a genuine interest in product and ideally a background in Buying or Merchandising. Strong organisation and ‘can do’ attitude are essential for success in this role. You will be adept at prioritising tasks effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment. We value flexibility and actively encourage you to bring your progressive ideas to the table. The ideal candidate will be quick‑thinking, eager to learn, and motivated to develop their skills within our organisation.
