Location
* Den Helder, Netherlands or Liverpool, United Kingdom.
Core Purpose
* Responsible for processing inspection data, producing drawings and written reports, and ensuring a consistently high‑quality deliverable for OEG clients.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Set up drawings, datasheets, and tracking sheets in line with the client‑issued Scope of Work (SOW).
* Update and maintain inspection drawings and datasheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Assist in preparing workpacks and systems for inspection projects, ensuring all required documentation is complete and ready for execution.
* Process inspection data and compile it into accurate final reports.
* Set up and review final reports.
* Archive inspection data in accordance with company procedures.
* Provide support with additional duties as required to meet project deadlines and business needs.
* Responsible for ensuring compliance with SCC (VCA) and applicable NEN/ISO standards.
QHSE Responsibilities
To have a general understanding of the areas of our QHSE Management System and OEG’s QHSE aims and objectives that are relevant to the role.
Comply with the requirements of OEG Energy Group Policies and the responsibilities within the wider QHSE Management System.

Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Experience in the offshore industry is desirable.
* Strong understanding of industry standards and relevant legislative compliance.
* Demonstrated experience using modern processing software, including CAD applications.
* Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
* Possess a mid‑level technical education degree (Level 4) or higher.
* SCC (VCA) certified, or willing to obtain certification.
* CSWIP 3.4U certified or willing to obtain certification.
