Customer Success Manager, Enteka Ai Remote (UK) | Full-time


Who we are

Enteka Ai is the UK's leading omni-channel AI platform for estate agents and mortgage brokers. While the rest of the industry is still debating whether AI is the future, our clients are already living it. Voice agents handling inbound calls, WhatsApp automations qualifying leads at midnight, email and SMS sequences that feel genuinely human: this is what we build, and our clients wouldn't go back for anything.

The role

You're the person who turns a signed contract into a client who can't imagine going back to the old way of doing things. Your world is the onboarding journey: getting new estate agency and mortgage broker clients live, configured, and confident on the UK's most advanced property AI platform, then being the steady, knowledgeable presence they rely on when questions arise.


This role is for someone who thrives on structure, gets satisfaction from a smooth launch, and has the technical curiosity to get under the hood of genuinely cutting-edge technology without needing to write a line of code.


What you'll do

* Lead clients through a structured onboarding programme from kickoff to first live AI conversation, coordinating voice agent setup, WhatsApp automations, CRM integrations, and team training along the way
* Run QA on call flows, AI workflows, and CRM configurations to make sure everything works exactly as promised before go-live
* Be the first point of contact for client questions and support requests, triaging issues clearly and keeping clients informed every step of the way
* Build and refine the onboarding playbooks and support processes that will define how Enteka Ai scales across the UK
* Collect client feedback and feed it directly into the product roadmap of a platform that is genuinely evolving every month


What we're looking for

* 2+ years in a customer success, implementation, or onboarding role at a SaaS or tech company
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail: you track everything and follow through on every commitment
* Clear, confident communicator who can make complex technology feel accessible
* A problem-solver who gets curious, not flustered, when something isn't working
* The kind of person who takes pride in doing things properly, not just getting them done
* You care about the impression you leave, whether that's an email, a training session, or a tricky support call
* Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-moving environment and holding yourself to a high standard without someone looking over your shoulder
* Genuinely excited about AI and what it's doing to industries in real time
