Research Theme Administrator

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to play a vital role in supporting impactful health and care research across the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration North West Coast (ARC NWC). As a Research Theme Administrator, you will support the smooth running of research themes across this large, multi‑partner collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative and operational support, including servicing meetings and coordinating events.
* Maintain accurate records and databases, and support financial and performance reporting.
* Act as a key point of contact for partners and stakeholders.
* Close working with senior academics, NHS and local authority colleagues.
* Participate in occasional travel across the North West Coast and report to the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
* Experience in a higher education, research, or health and care environment.
* Strong organisational, IT and communication skills.
* Confident working to deadlines with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Working Conditions
The university operates a hybrid work environment for staff, with a minimum requirement of 40% on campus and 60% desirable where possible.
