As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
1. Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, assessing delivery feasibility, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
2. Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
3. Participates in defining the product component roadmap and backlog
4. Liaises with customers and internal stakeholders to refine requirements, understand priorities and provide feedback on delivery timelines
5. Participates in the quarterly planning process with engineering teams
6. Refines features requests in collaboration with engineering
7. Leads data driven innovation to optimize end to end delivery lifecycle
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
8. Experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or product management
9. Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
10. Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
11. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context
12. Experience with Public Cloud Providers & capabilities at an Enterprise Scale - AWS required, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & Microsoft Azure both preferred
13. Domain knowledge or previous experience within Infrastructure or Technology Platforms
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
14. Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
15. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence
16. Experience with AI tools (Copilot, LLM tools)
