As Senior Process Engineer, you will be a key contributor to a multidisciplinary team responsible for the full lifecycle of process development — from early design concepts through to commissioning and scale-up. Senior Process Engineer responsibilities
1. Develop and review process documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, heat and mass balances, and Basis of Design
2. Perform detailed calculations such as line and relief sizing, hydraulic analysis, and pressure drop estimations
3. Support the creation of control narratives, alarm lists, cause and effect matrices, and functional descriptions
4. Lead or participate in equipment selection and liaise with suppliers on specification and procurement
5. Conduct process simulations using Aspen Plus or HYSYS
6. Analyse experimental and test data to inform process improvements
7. Support scale-up activities from lab and pilot stages to full-scale systems
