In this role, you will provide expert beauty treatments and professional advice to our customers, ensuring they enjoy the best possible in‑store experience. About you
* Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or possess a relevant threading certification or have 1 year + professional experience in threading.
* Have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
* Are confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
* Are truly passionate about all things beauty, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.
