NLC4 £26, - £28, (effective from 01 April )
Reporting to the Attendance Officer you will assist the absence team/managers by scheduling attendance meetings, taking notes at the meetings and completing appropriate paperwork. You will also answer the telephone, provide workforce support to the management team and monitor absence within Facility Support Services.
Facility Support Services is a large front line service covering School Meals, Hospitality Services Facility Management, Cleaning, School Crossing Patrol and Community Facilities.
Based on a hybrid model of working in the office or attending arranged meetings throughout the geographical area of North Lanarkshire visiting on site as required or on teams calls and the rest of the time working from home.
With an SVQ2, higher grade or equivalent you need to have moderate experience in an administration environment,
To support this role, you will require to have:
1. Working knowledge of Itrent
2. Be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills
3. Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
4. Ability to remain calm when dealing with high volume workload including answering telephone calls
5. Be able to run reports as required
Work pattern:
35 hours per week - Monday - Thursday: 08:45am - 16:45pm (including a 55 minute unpaid break)
Friday: 08:45am - 16:15pm (including a 50 minute unpaid break)
