McKervill Neilly Solicitors are seeking to add an ambitious and motivated solicitor to expand their Probate and Private Client departments.
Your role will include:
* Regularly advising clients on all aspects of inheritance and succession planning, to include drafting Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.
* Handling the probate process from start to finish in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Dealing primarily with conveyancing associated with administration of the estate (for example, assents, land and property sales) and assisting the Conveyancing department when required.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A proven track record in probate and conveyancing work.
* Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, inheritance tax and conveyancing.
* An eye for detail and a personable, client-friendly approach.
* The ability to handle their caseload independently as well as within our supportive team.
* Experience in contentious probate matters or other areas of the law will be advantageous.
