GI Group is seeking to appoint an Apprenticeships Skills Tutor in Business and Management for our public sector client based in Rotherham and Worksop. This cross-college role involves working at both locations with subsidised travel where applicable. The tutor will teach and coach learners across Level 2, 3, and 5 of Business and Management.
Main Duties:
* Design, develop, and deliver inspiring teaching sessions.
* Provide coaching and skills support through developmental feedback.
* Conduct regular tripartite reviews with the apprentice, line manager/mentor, and apprentice.
* Support apprentices through onsite workplace visits, creating showcase evidence such as observations, reflective accounts, witness testimonies, professional discussions, and other evidence to support EPA requirements, documented within the e-portfolio OneFile.
* Set achievable tasks and support apprentices throughout their journey, including preparing them for functional skills assessments.
Role Requirements:
* Experience in creating and delivering programmes within the Business and Management sector.
* An Assessor Award.
* Management qualification at level 5 or above.
* An appropriate teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
* Driving licence or willingness to obtain one.
