About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Civil and Structural Engineer to lead the design and delivery of civil and structural works for railway station infrastructure projects. This is a key leadership role within our Rail business, responsible for the engineering management of station upgrades, refurbishments, access-for-all schemes, and structural assessments in line with Network Rail and industry standards.
Working in a hybrid capacity from our Warwick office, you will guide a team of engineers and technicians through the full project lifecycle-ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective civil and structural designs that support the operational and passenger needs of modern rail stations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Design Leadership
1. Lead the civil and structural design of railway station buildings, platforms, canopies, footbridges, retaining walls, and foundations, including both new-build and refurbishment projects.
