This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing eCommerce business as they continue to expand across multiple home and lifestyle categories. The team is passionate, collaborative, and moving fast and they are looking for a proactive Online Merchandising to help shape how thousands of products are presented and promoted online.
Reporting into the Head of eCommerce, you will be responsible for keeping the online product catalogue accurate, engaging, and optimised for performance. You will upload and manage listings, support new product launches, work closely with the buying and marketing teams, and play a key role in improving the online customer journey.
This is a hands-on role in a growing team with great energy. You will have the autonomy to make an impact, backed by a strong group of people who genuinely want to do things well.
What you will be doing:
* Managing product listings across the website, including titles, images, pricing, and categorisation, ensuring all information is accurate, consistent and optimised for customer experience and search
* Working closely with marketing and buying teams to support new product launches, category updates, promotional activity and seasonal campaigns across the site
* Monitoring the site for content accuracy, product availability and visual merchandising, using analytics and user data to spot improvement opportunities and suggest changes
* Supporting wider ecommerce activity, collaborating with SEO, content and design teams to maintain a cohesive and commercially effective online presence
What we are looking for:
* Commercial experience in ecommerce merchandising and clear track record of success.
* Strong attention to detail and content accuracy
* Good Excel or Sheets skills
* Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms is a bonus
* Enthusiastic, organised, and ready to learn
