Responsibilities: We lead the design of scalable Microsoft-based business solutions for new and existing clients. We produce and review technical design documents in line with our standards. We design solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Microsoft 365. We support the integration of AI capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, and related Microsoft AI technologies where appropriate. We join client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions. We present proposed solutions confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders. We support Account Managers and the Solution Architect team with technical proposals, statements of work, and project scopes. We act as a subject matter expert across Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft AI technologies. We guide clients on governance, security, licensing, and platform adoption best practice. We help customers modernise manual processes, spreadsheets, and legacy workflows using Microsoft technologies. We support the development of internal standards, templates, and reusable solution frameworks. We stay current with Microsoft roadmap developments, particularly around AI, Copilot, Fabric, and the Power Platform ecosystem. We promote best practice for low-code development, environment strategy, and solution lifecycle management. We work alongside Project Management and Development teams to support successful project delivery. We provide technical guidance and architectural oversight throughout implementation phases. We assist in resolving complex technical challenges across client environments. We ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and operational best practices. We support testing, validation, and handover activities where required. We contribute to continuous improvement across delivery methodologies and technical standards. We mentor colleagues and share knowledge to improve technical capability across the business. We support Consultants and Engineers with solution design guidance and technical coaching. We contribute to internal workshops, documentation, and training initiatives. We encourage innovation and adoption of emerging Microsoft technologies across the wider team.
