Macildowie HR are working with a brilliant midlands based business who is on the hunt for an ambitious HR Generalist who is looking to develop their skills as a HR professional! This is a truly great opportunity for someone to gain experience in employee relations, even if you have not handled casework before. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, your role will support in the full operational duties within HR from recruitment, managing the employee lifecycle to ER casework.

What are the key deliverables?
* Management of end to end recruitment including posting job ads and briefing candidates on vacancies
* Oversee the use of social media and internal communications
* Supporting with statistical data and providing reports on HR metrics
* Assisting with the day to day ER case work supporting the business operations
