You will work with large, listed clients to design, build, and assure internal control frameworks.
As a Senior Manager, you will manage complex, varied assignments, support strategic development, and assist with marketing and business development. Responsibilities include delivering US SOX testing, designing and implementing controls, and providing ad-hoc advisory services.
You will independently deliver projects, manage resources, monitor progress, review junior staff work, and resolve issues before partner review. Additionally, you will support departmental issues, coach staff, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to risk management.
Key skills include confident communication, strong organization, teamwork, and technical research abilities.
Qualifications and experience:
* Qualified ACA, ACCA, MIIA, CCAB, or equivalent
* SOX or UK internal controls experience
* Understanding of compliance, legislative, and market issues
* Effective prioritization and planning skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Previous managerial experience in practice
* Experience in risk management, internal audit, controls testing
* Knowledge of UK reporting standards (UK GAAP, etc.)
