Job Title: Financial Analyst UK & Ireland Location: London Job Description This role will support the Business Planning & Analysis activities within the fast-growing UK & Ireland market, providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the business leadership. Key Responsibilities Responsible for driving and implementing business strategy for cluster of markets Supporting the execution of set strategies for UK&I organization and the correct and timely implementation of business controlling processes and ensure adherence thereof. Support Rolling Forecast for Sales and OPEX and agree rolling forecast by brand with relevant managers, including timely submission of forecast in reporting tool (PBCS). Coordinate with Global Business Services for timely and accurate submission. Review monthly Sales submission, including RIG/OG analysis and manual exceptions if applicable Management of Trade Spend entries and accruals at month-end Review and approval of purchase requisitions in Coupa to ensure adherence with approved budget envelope Act as finance business partner to marketing and sales teams and provide support in evaluating new product launches, trade spend initiatives and monthly KPI’s In collaboration with Accounting, responsible for timely and accurate submission of performance P&L in PBCS (including performance reporting of inventory and samples) Proactively drive performance and carry out value-added analyses on financial data: Trade Spend Analysis, Sales trends, COGS analysis, Customer Profitability Analysis, Functional Expenses, NPV Ensure adherence with Galderma Internal Control Framework (GICFR), as applicable Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field. Master´s degree is preferred. Fluent in English Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the Pharmaceutical / FMCG industry or consulting background Flexibility to work in a fast paced, quickly changing work environment and ability to operate in a global matrix environment Strong presentation skills: the ability to understand situations, interdependencies, and challenges in a holistic way; and a proactive attitude are must.
